Kyran founded Nexus Inclusion with the belief that accessibility alone is not enough. Driven by a deep commitment to digital inclusion, he is focused on ensuring that people of all abilities are fully engaged in the digital world. Kyran’s vision is to prioritise inclusion in every digital experience. With a strong background in technology, Kyran has held senior roles at Dunnes Stores, Ryanair, AIB, and NCB. He brings extensive experience in creating inclusive solutions for people with disabilities and people of all abilities.

Chief Operating Officer

Eric joins Nexus Inclusion with 20+ years' senior leadership experience as CIO/COO across several different industries: airline (Ryanair), health care (Mater Private) and retail (Dunnes Stores). Managing groups across Europe, US and MENA. He was involved at a worldwide level in setting the direction and strategy for IT and Operations.

Niamh O'Riordan

Head of Marketing

Niamh has built and managed high-growth teams and brands in both domestic and international markets. Her marketing expertise spans both customer acquisition and long-term customer retention. Her previous roles include Google, Cartrawler and Gen (formerly Symantec). Niamh is a big believer in the power of digital inclusivity as a tool to improve a company's commercial performance, as well as being the right thing to do for users everywhere.

Dara brings over two decades of experience as a digital leader, specialising in product management, growth strategy, and customer experience. Having driven enterprise-scale digital transformation and AI-led automation, his previous senior leadership roles include Indeed and NortonLifeLock (formerly Symantec). At Nexus Inclusion, Dara applies his unique blend of creative, technical, and commercial expertise to ensure digital accessibility solutions drive both inclusive user experiences and strong business outcomes.
